What Is Egg Tray Dryer?
THE EGG TRAY DRYER MACHINE EVAPORATES ABOUT SIXTY PERCENT OF WATER IN EGG TRAYS.
Egg tray dryer is also known as egg tray drying system. As the name suggests, it is mainly used for drying semi-wet paper egg trays to enhance their hardness, compression resistance, protectiveness, air permeability, and other properties. After getting out of the dryer, egg trays can be packaged for storing or transporting directly.
As we all know, the paper egg tray manufacturing process includes four steps: paper pulping, egg tray molding, egg tray drying, and egg tray packaging. Paper Pulping Process
In the paper pulping process, different kinds of waste paper are mixed with water and then processed into homogenized and impurity-free paper pulp by hydraulic pulper, screener, pulp beater, and other equipment.

Egg Tray Molding Process
The egg tray making machine is the key equipment in the egg tray molding process, in which the paper pulp is formed into the desired shape. At this stage, 30% of the water in paper pulp is taken away.

Egg Tray Drying Process
After molding, the paper egg tray is semi-dry and still contains 60% water. The remaining water in the egg tray will be completely evaporated in the drying process. Then egg trays finally transform into egg tray end products.

Egg Tray Packaging Process
In this process, egg tray end products can be printed with patterns and labels by the printing machine (it is optional) and then packaged in batches (70-100pcs/pack) by the automatic counting machine and packaging machine.

Natural Drying
Natural drying refers to placing semi-wet egg trays outdoors or indoors to evaporate the moisture at a normal temperature. It requires workers to manually deliver egg trays to the drying site with trolleys and then place egg trays on the ground or the drying rack.

Brick Kiln Drying
Brick kiln drying refers to building a closed brick room with red bricks, cement, and refractory materials, then putting semi-wet egg trays in it and drying the moisture in egg trays at a high temperature (generated by fuel combustion). The brick kiln drying systems provided by AGICO can be divided into automatic brick kiln drying systems and semi-automatic brick kiln drying systems.
Automatic Brick Kiln Drying System
It is equipped with a belt conveyor inside for realizing a fully automatic drying process. After demolding, semi-wet egg trays will be directly sent into the brick kiln by the belt conveyor. After drying, they will be sent out.
Semi-automatic Brick Kiln Drying System
There is no belt conveyor placed inside. It requires workers to manually place egg trays into the brick kiln with carts and then take them out after drying.
