Egg Tray Production Line In Mozambique

Recently, AGICO, a leading professional manufacturer of pulp egg tray production equipment in China, successfully delivered and assisted in the installation of a high-efficiency, fully automatic egg tray production line for a customer in Mozambique. The core equipment exported for this project is AGICO’s independently developed DT4x4 high-speed egg tray machine, with a designed capacity of up to 2,500 trays per hour, ensuring high efficiency and stable operation. The production line is fully equipped: in addition to the main machine, it includes a ZDS1 pulper, pulp pump, water pump, air compressor, and a complete set of auxiliary equipment, forming an integrated and well-coordinated automated production system. Prior to shipment, all equipment underwent strict quality inspections and was packed using professional, precision packaging solutions to ensure safety during long-distance international transportation, ultimately arriving at the customer’s site smoothly and on schedule.

Despite the challenges of providing remote support, the Mozambican customer successfully completed a series of complex tasks—from equipment assembly and pipeline connections to civil foundation works—thanks to AGICO’s clear and detailed English installation manuals and the technical team’s patient, professional, real-time online guidance. After installation and commissioning, the production line was quickly put into stable operation and has since continuously produced high-quality, eco-friendly pulp egg trays with uniform specifications and excellent strength, fully meeting the customer’s expectations for both production efficiency and product quality.
