Recently, AGICO, a professional Chinese manufacturer of pulp egg tray equipment, announced that a fully automatic egg tray production line exported to Iraq has been successfully installed and officially put into operation. With a high efficiency of 4,000 trays per hour, the production line has brought significant technological upgrades and capacity improvements to the local egg packaging industry, marking another international recognition of China’s high-end agricultural equipment.

The core equipment of this exported production line includes a DT4×8 egg tray forming machine, a ZDS2 high-efficiency pulper, and a fully automatic metal drying system. With AGICO’s professional online remote guidance and detailed installation manuals, the Iraqi customer successfully completed equipment assembly, civil construction, and system commissioning, ultimately achieving stable operation and the consistent production of high-quality egg trays.
