This egg tray production line is equipped with an egg tray machine DT 5×8, a multi-layer metal dryer, a water pump, a vacuum tank, a hydraulic pulper, and many other supporting machines.

• The equipped hydraulic pulper enables automated pulping, impurity filtering, and produces high-quality pulp. It has a robust body, low energy consumption, and a long service life.
• The drying system uses a fully automatic, stable-running multi-layer metal dryer with fast drying speeds, low labor requirements, low energy consumption, minimal maintenance, and a compact footprint. It is cost-effective, reducing overall production costs while ensuring high-quality drying. Additionally, it is easy to operate, requiring minimal training time to master basic functions.

Before officially placing the order, the client visited our factory in China.
