Ghana customer ordered a semi-automatic egg tray production line with a capacity of 1,500pcs/h from our company In October 2021. In order to prevent the equipment from being collided during long-distance transportation, we packaged the whole set of equipment with a felt cloth.
After about one month of remote installation guidance with the site layout diagram, pipeline connection diagram, and circuit diagram provided by us, the Ghana customer successfully installed the egg tray production line and completed the test running.

Paper Egg Tray Making Machine
PAPER EGG TRAY MANUFACTURING PROCESS: PAPER PULPING, EGG TRAY MOLDING, EGG TRAY DRYING, AND EGG TRAY PACKING.
- STEP 1 Paper Pulping：The waste paper is mixed with water to be stirred and crushed into paper pulp with a certain concentration.
- STEP 2 Egg Tray Molding：The paper pulp is sent into the egg tray making machine for egg tray molding. After molding, the paper pulp is transformed into semi-dry egg trays, which are sent out by a belt conveyor.
- STEP 3 Egg Tray Drying：Semi-dry egg trays are dried in the egg tray dryer by evaporating water at high temperatures. They can also be dried in the natural environment.
- STEP 4 Egg Tray Packing: The fully dried egg trays will be stacked and packaged in a certain number through automatic counters and packers to prevent accidental breakage.
