- STEP 1: Paper Pulping
- The waste paper is mixed with water to be stirred and crushed into paper pulp with a certain concentration.
- STEP 2: Egg Tray Molding
- The paper pulp is sent into the egg tray making machine for egg tray molding. After molding, the paper pulp is transformed into semi-dry egg trays, which are sent out by a belt conveyor.
- STEP 3: Egg Tray Drying
- Semi-dry egg trays are dried in the egg tray dryer by evaporating water at high temperatures. They can also be dried in the natural environment.
- STEP 4: Egg Tray Packing
- The fully dried egg trays will be stacked and packaged in a certain number through automatic counters and packers to prevent accidental breakage.
