Egg Tray Production Line In Zambia

On July 25th, AGICO successfully exported a 7000 pieces per hour egg tray production line to Zambia. This egg tray EPC project is the result of several months of close communication and mutual trust. Earlier this year, the Zambian client visited our factory in China, where they learned about our equipment production process and communicated with our technical team. Led by our staff, they inspected the ongoing sample projects. The visit left a deep impression on them, strengthening their confidence in our equipment and services, and a strong foundation of trust was established between both parties.

The 7000pcs/h egg tray production plant in Zambia is highly automated, with minimal human intervention, making it ideal for large-scale production. It includes a DT6x8 egg tray forming machine, a multi-layer metal drying machine with a built-in conveyor belt, a 6 m³ ZDS6 hydraulic pulper, an integrated stacking unit, and other auxiliary production equipment. We provided a customized layout design based on the client’s factory size, which included both equipment layout and civil engineering layout, ensuring efficient and stable operation. It was custom-designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging solutions in the region.

The entire communication and project advancement process has been very enjoyable.
