AGICO Cup Carrier Tray Production Solution
WE PROVIDE EPC PROJECTS FOR CUP CARRIER TRAY PRODUCTION LINES.
1. Paper Pulping
Waste paper is fed into a hydraulic pulper, where it is mixed with water. After crushing and agitation, it is converted into a fibrous pulp slurry. The slurry then passes through equipment such as vibrating screens to remove impurities.
2. Cup Tray Forming
The mold is immersed in the pulp slurry, and vacuum suction is applied to draw the pulp fibers onto the mold surface, forming a wet blank. The wet blank is then released from the mold by positive pressure and transferred to the next stage.
3. Cup Tray Drying
The semi-wet cup trays are dried naturally or transferred to drying equipment, such as a metal dryer, a brick kiln dryer, or a box-type dryer, where excess moisture is evaporated to achieve the required hardness and stability.
4. Cup Tray Packing
The finished cup trays are fed into a hot pressing machine, where they are flattened and strengthened under high temperature and pressure. They are then automatically counted, stacked, and packaged by automated equipment.
