- The production of paper seedling trays mainly consists of four stages: pulping, molding, drying, and packaging. Each stage includes multiple pieces of equipment, such as hydraulic pulpers, pulp molding machines, dryers, packing machines, etc.
1. Pulping
Waste paper is pulped in a hydraulic pulper and then mixed with water to form a pulp suspension of a certain consistency.
2. Forming
The molds on the seedling tray machine are immersed in the pulp trough, where vacuum forming technology is used to shape the pulp on the mold surface.
3. Drying
The wet seedling trays are either air-dried naturally or sent into drying equipment to remove excess moisture, thereby improving their strength and wear resistance.
4. Packaging
